Job Description
As a Physiotherapist, working within an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based services including specialist assessment intervention and support for babies, children and adults.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a clinical caseload in line with service guidelines and external agency requirements
Provide physiotherapy assessment, therapy intervention and ongoing evaluation to clients
Act as Key Contact for allocated clients and deliver holistic, integrated supports
Prescribe assistive technology, mobility and postural supports
Maintain accurate documentation within the Client Management System
Meet individual KPIs while ensuring high‑quality client outcomes
Collaborate with internal and external health professionals and community partners
Mentor students and contribute to continuous quality improvement
Support the children’s programs, including school holiday programs
Report any issues relating to or impacting upon service provision to the Program Manager
Ensure adherence to the policies, procedures and standards of EverAbility Group and other relevant contractual obligations.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Essential Criteria
Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent
Current AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist)
Experience managing a client caseload and meeting service delivery timelines
Strong understanding of the disability sector, person‑centred practice and NDIS
Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and confidently in making client recommendations and assessments
Experience delivering person and family‑centred interventions
High‑level organisation and administration skills
Ability and willingness to travel to client appointments
Desirable
Experience working with young children (0–6 years)
Experience working with individuals with disability, vision impairment or ABI
Experience prescribing assistive technology
Hydrotherapy experience
Compliance Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
AHPRA Registration
Valid Driver’s Licence
