Drive growth by securing major corporate partnerships and impact driven initiatives in the community.
Reporting directly to the CMO, initiate diverse revenue streams to close strategic business gaps and deliver measurable results.
Apply your commercial acumen to unlock new markets and identify purpose aligned opportunities in the community to support our services across Western Australia and Tasmania.
This newly created senior management role is designed for a high-performing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic fundraising and business development. As the Senior Program Manager Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in maximising contributed revenue across Western Australia and Tasmania, directly supporting EverAbility’s mission of delivering life-changing services and customer support for Guide Dogs WA and Tasmania, VisAbility and Kites Children Therapy.
As Senior Program Manager Strategic Partnerships, you will:
Build high-value corporate alliances that deliver measurable returns.
Identify and close strategic business gaps, bringing fresh revenue streams into the organisation.
Secure major contracts and grants by positioning EverAbility Group as the partner of choice for community impact.
Drive a performance culture where results are clear, ambitious, and achieved.
You will be responsible for driving diversification of funding streams, with a particular focus on building influential corporate partnerships and securing significant strategic grants. Bringing a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial flair, you will identify untapped opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and forge long-term, high-impact relationships that elevate both revenue and reputation.
You will have the opportunity to shape a newly developed function with impact across the organisation, influence at an executive level, and the scope to deliver measurable growth.
